Lets
talk about some things here for a minute. Businesses have been around
some many years going way back to God knows when.
Many
businesses have just started, many have been around many years. Just
because a company has been around many years doesn't mean they do
QUALITY work and installation, this is fact!
Remember
a long time ago, maybe your great grandparents knew, that when you
bought something that you are spending your money on you got excellent
quality in the products and services you paid for?
It
seems today that all businesses want to make money. Sure, who doesn't
want to make money?
What
has left the products, services, and craftsmanship of most businesses for
the consumer and that is QUALITY. The business owners are the ones to
blame on this issue, no one else.
When
I started this company in 2002 the first thing that came to my mind when
I started it and that was offering the consumer quality service,
quality products, quality craftsmanship, and a lifetime warranty for as
long as you own the motorcycle and we put our warranty
in writing on our invoices when other dealer/installers don't!
We
are not concerned on how much money I can
get out of a customer as some of the other businesses are doing regardless
of what type of poor craftsmanship or poor products they
put on your motorcycle. Some LED manufacturers have a
10-20% failure rate and some of those other LED Dealers/Installers are
putting them on bikes they install lighting on. And who wants to search
for a Dealer/Installer when those LED's fail that they installed lights
on? Some of those Dealers/Installers avoid their customers due to many
lighting failures when their customers try and contact them about
issues.
Our
Dealer/Installers are trained by us using our assembly and wiring
techniques using our system so each of our Dealer/Installers follow our
techniques when they venture out on their own so if you want to ad
lighting or have any issues OUR Dealer/Installers KNOW EXACTLY how our
wiring is before they even remove your seat. I can't say much about
other Dealer/Installers who basically don't use the PROPER gauge wire
for lighting, or some shady way of hooking up connections that they use.
I HAVE had some customers come to me for wiring or lighting problems
from the other Dealer/Installers who shouldn't even be in business, much
less touch your bike!
Some
of those other lighting repairs I have done to fix a customers lighting
problems from those other LED Dealer/Installers can and have been costly
at times due to tracking down shorts, diagnostics of malfunction of
lighting and wiring, improper soldering that has been done for
connections, etc and the list goes on.
Our
Customers have never had any issues with any of our lighting, nor our
service for lighting installed on their bikes or cars. Wouldn't you like
to have this kind of service with everyone you spend your money with on
products you buy?
I
say this people; Get what you pay for, pay
for QUALITY and when I mean QUALITY, I mean in ALL aspects; PRODUCTS,
CRAFTSMANSHIP, WARRANTY!
(1).
PRODUCTS; High quality made that ARE reliable, VERY BRIGHT
LED's NO FAILURE RATES, FULLY insulated wiring.
(2).
CRAFTSMANSHIP; The professional who takes the time to make the lighting
and wiring look as though it came from the factory and professional installation, proper
gauge wiring used
for LED's, type of connections being used, insulated wiring rated for
HIGH heat temperatures on ALL wiring.
(3)
WARRANTY; LIFETIME WARRANTY that is in writing on your invoices or your copy of
paperwork or receipt.
At
rallies people will see that I have a water jug on my table that I
display my photos at, etc. This jug of water I use to show people that
our LED Flex Strips ARE waterproof by submerging the LED strip once it
is plugged in and submerged for hours on end and all lights are lit showing the consumer that our
products are water proof. I also, explain to any consumer who wants to
know about lighting that they can go to any of my LED products, pick one
and I will submerge it in water and our lights still work under water!
You can't do that with the Cut-N-Click LED Strips, the exposed
connectors on the circuit boards are NOT waterproof. Ask any LED Dealer
who is selling Cut-N-Click strips to plug one in and fully submerge it in
water for over 15 minutes while it is lit up, they won't do it. Think of positive connector
and ground connector pins and water with voltage going to them? We all
know what happens when you mix positive + ground + water+ power means;
electrical short! The Cut-N-Click LED Strips are for sign usage with
coverings over the sign itself like your grocery store sign you see
everywhere you go.
I
will guarantee that most, if not ALL OTHER LED Dealers/Installers won't
do this with their products, so think about getting caught in the rain
or your bike being washed, will your LED's from another dealer work and
not short out when you turn them on and water is on the LED fixtures or
connectors on the strips?
This
is why our LED strips don't have connectors on the strips itself. Think
about it wisely before you spend YOUR money!
We have been
lighting up motorcycles of all types and cars also, since 2002. We have VERY
SATISFIED customer base who bought our lighting, especially when they have
researched or looked at other LED Dealer/Installers products at rallies and
found that our lighting is far more brighter and we have a HIGHER
QUALITY PRODUCT which is reasonably priced for the quality you are
getting!
Other LED
Dealer/Installers try and cut our prices at rallies just to get you to
think you are saving money regardless of what they give you. I have been
told at rallies that we are about middle range as far as pricing goes,
some cases I have been told we are the cheapest. Those who have gone to
someone else thinking they have saved money realize that they got stuck
with lights that doesn't light up their bike very well or got LED strips
that are NOT waterproof because they
wanted to save a dollar but they are really not happy with what light
kit they got from someone else, some cases I have been told this.
So again I say, RESEARCH
at what you are getting before you spend your money, look at other
peoples bikes that are lit up and ask the owner of the bike, who did
their light kit. Even ask the ones who's bikes have LED's that are not
bright so you will know who to go to or who to stay away from.
Also, other
companies who have (testimonial) pages on their websites. Ever noticed
that they have a statement from a buyer who bought their lighting they
got from that dealer. But have you also noticed that there is no link to
a customer inputting the info on a testimonial page? No, because
the Dealer can type up anything on a webpage and post it and also make
up some good story and put a name and state where the (buyer) is from.
One company in particular, (name I can't mention here), I have many of their
customers come to me at different rallies to see if I sell their lighting because they have
lights that have failed due to them not being waterproof and shorted out
or other issues with their lighting. Some of those customers get very
frustrated because they get blown off or put on the back burner. I can
say to any of our customers, "If they have any issues, they get
taken care of IMMEDIATELY, regardless of what customers are in schedule
for light kits, etc." "OUR customers don't have to wait for
hours or next day to get any problems fixed as they already paid for our
products and service!" I know some customers who got put on the
back burner from the "OTHER Dealer/Installer" to fix their
problems and made them wait anywhere from 5 hours to the next day. So
when the "OTHER" Dealer/Installer has a customer who comes to
me to see if I sell their lighting to get a problem fixed, "which I
don't" and they tell me the story as to being put on the back
burner, this is what I tell them to do;
"Go back and
raise 9 kinds of hell as to how much money you spent with them and state
they claim to have a lifetime warranty and demand it get fixed NOW, not
hours, later in the evening, or next day as you have other plans!"
I also tell them; "Make it very verbal with their PROBABLE customers,
or customers around so they could hear you complain about their
lighting, then they will and most likely immediately resolve your issues
with their lighting as it wouldn't be good for their business to have a
paid customer complain about their service or products so others could
hear about it!"
Remember, a PAID
CUSTOMER ALWAYS COMES FIRST before an UNPAID
CUSTOMER regardless who has an appointment or who else is in line
if there is any issues with products that was installed on their bikes!
Take notice how
the ones who has testimonial pages don't post the (buyer's) e-mail address to ACTUALLY
verify their statement. Also, notice that there is no negative
statements? HMM, wonder why? And I know this company has had some of their customers
come to me to fix their problems or remove their lighting because of
failures due to light strips NOT being waterproof and install my
lighting because they see my strips submerged in water.
I KNOW for FACT
that some of their customers had warranty issues with poor wiring and
poor warranty coverage and contacting the company and the company not
backing up what they tell their customers and avoiding them when a
problem has risen.
Remember, you get
what you pay for! Spend less money on cheap products, you certainly
won't get a high quality product, much less a lifetime warranty for it
especially in writing from the dealer/installer.
That is why we
only sell HIGH QUALITY LED's with a LIFETIME WARRANTY and we put that
lifetime warranty in writing for each of our customers!
Sure, the other
LED dealers and installers will sell you 8 or 10 LED fixtures to get you to
think that you are getting a better deal. What they try and do is get
the same effect of lighting by using more LED fixtures that our products
produce which they can't do because their lighting doesn't even come
close to the brightness of our LED's!
Check around at
motorcycle rallies and look at the other LED installers display bike or
LED light display. If they have neither, how can they show a possible
customer how much light their LED's produce?
On another note,
how can you really trust someone selling and installing LED Lighting if
they have no website, no way for you to purchase Do-It-Yourself Kit
after the rally is over with and you decide you want to install lighting
yourself, no e-mail and list only a phone number on their business card
if they have one?
We SELL our LED
Engine Accent Light Kits for the same or lesser price than most LED Accent Light
Dealers/Installers around and we use connector blocks as most
dealers/installers do not!
Plus, our LED's are
much brighter than most LED's on the market that are sold by other
competitors who have to use more than 8 -10 LED fixtures to get the same
light effect as our lighting when most cases they do not
compare to our lighting.
It amazes me why
people would pay for their services and products because they didn't
give quality in their products and craftsmanship but people pay for it any
way because they don't want to spend much money and spend time
researching.
Disbelieve
in what I am saying, take a look around of some motorcycles that have
LED or NEON Accent Lighting or if they have those LED Strips with the
connectors all along the strips and look very closely at the wiring and
lighting and ask the owner of
the motorcycle who did their work and if they ever had any problems with
them.
Those
who have gone and purchased their LED Accent Light kits at rallies, etc,
from these dealers/installers know what I am talking about if they are reading this.
Where
is all the other businesses who have the same attitude as I do. Think
about it. Where have you gone and gotten quality craftsmanship, products
and services with a good warranty backing in WRITING?
My
opinion on a successful business can only thrive in the long run by
producing quality craftsmanship, products, and services with lifetime
warranty that other
companies are not doing. Why they are not, I can say but it would upset quite few of them
if I told you. But, I guess you could figure it
out, you work for it.
Most
dealer/installers of LED's will tell a customer they offer a lifetime
warranty, but most will not put it in writing for their customers. So if
a company does not put the warranty in writing, do you think you
actually have a warranty?
I said before, just because a company has
been around some many years doesn't mean anything except that they have
installed accent lighting on more motorcycles. We are not
going away anytime soon in the next 30 plus years unless the motorcycle
industry flops out, which will not happen. A business owner's attitude on selling QUALITY crafted products and
services is what sells and what the consumer wants. Not someone who has
been around many years doing poor LED and Neon lighting installation
packages or charging more money for a lesser amount of LED's than we
offer for our engine light packages.
Read
the following and you will understand what I mean and do your research
before you buy, because I want you the consumer to get quality with your
money that you are going to spend for a product, or service that you are
wanting to buy.
The
people on E-bay selling 4 little LED bulbs for less than $20 getting you
to think that your motorcycle will light up like ours, or pictures that
they have stolen from other dealers/installers that they use on E-bay.
So don't waste your money on LED's on E-bay unless you know it is a
legitimate company that is doing LED Accent Light installations with
their web link posted with the ad and you can verify.
Also,
look at some of the LED Dealer/Installers websites, look at the pictures
of motorcycles that they supposedly lit up, then look at other LED
websites and look at their pictures. Most of them will copy other
peoples pictures and claim they lit those bikes up. Well, if you have 3
or 4 different companies
that have the same pictures but they are not affiliated with each other,
then who REALLY lit those bikes up? Check out the websites.
ALL
our pictures are OURS and the bikes we lit up. Our Dealer/Installers have
their OWN pictures, because I believe that by USING someone else's
pictures, they are certainly misleading the public into they lit those
bikes up or can make your bike look just like the ones on their sites when in fact they
didn't light up those bikes. I found 2 companies who USED MY
PHOTOS from MY WEBSITE of bikes I LIT
UP and of course, they are not on that businesses websites anymore.
One of those companies is no longer in business. So when you research, especially
on the internet, look at the photos of motorcycles they supposed to have
lit up and then look at the other sites. Like I had said before, if one
has to be dishonest about their business, do you think they will be
HONEST with you?
On
installations we have the best quality
products and craftsmanship than any other
dealer/installer that does not use connector blocks.
We
hear all the time from our customers as well as people that bought their
LED Accent Light packages from some other dealer/installer before
finding out about us. "That we have the best products and
craftsmanship that they all have found anywhere at the same or much cheaper price!
"This is
fact!" So why go to someone who doesn't use connector blocks
for the LED wiring, or put quality in their work you
are paying for?
When
the other LED Accent Light owners
have seen our LED fixtures and wiring with connector blocks and talked to us
about our LED Accent Lighting packages they found that they could have
gotten a much better professionally put together LED Accent Lighting
package for about the same price or lesser with brighter LED's in our engine
accent light packages as the other
dealers/installers. Or selling less LED's with their engine accent light kits. They tell us they wished they came to us
firsthand.
People spend a lot of money on motorcycles and
customs. Most of the competitors out there will leave the positive, (red
or other color wire), and black or green wire exposed and not insulated to
protect them from heat and only heat shrink where
they have twisted wires together giving that unprofessional looking
wiring harness.
Even
some cases the dealers/installers DO NOT completely cover
(insulate) the 2
conductor wire when they join the wires together for the LED fixtures or
LED light strips, leaving
the 2 wires, (red and black) un-insulated and exposed to heat and
weather. There is a reason why the wires are insulated from the manufacturer that makes the wire.
The
insulation is a black covering that covers the wires when more than 1
wire is used that is manufactured to resist certain heat temperatures
from engines, etc. Those of us who ride motorcycles knows that the
engines get very hot so think about the wiring and what it is exposed
to.
Do
you see any motorcycle manufacturers wiring not insulated? The answer is
no, take a good look at your motorcycle the next time you get the
chance and look at all the wiring. It will be insulated to protect them
from heat and damage.
The manufacturers know and do this for a reason.
Look
at your car or trucks wiring harness, are the wires fully
covered and insulated? Yes, they are because those manufacturers know
that wires must be insulated to be protected from heat, weather, and
damage as well. Some of the LED Accent Light dealers/installers leave the wires
un-insulated and exposed anyway. We do not do
this!
Do
you think that the other dealers/installers care about your motorcycle
if they do not fully insulate and protect the wiring from heat and
damage? It seems to me that they don't. If they did, I would not be
informing you of this.
Our
wiring looks as if it came from the factory! Next time you see someone's
motorcycle with the LED Accent Lights take a look at the wiring and you
be the judge, (Most of the wiring and LED fixtures
can be
seen.)
Look
under the gas tank, behind the air cleaner backing plate, behind the horn
cover, look on the frame going to the seat and battery area, get down on
the ground if you have to. Look for the LED fixtures also. Look for
the wiring. The owner of the motorcycle will not care just
as long as you don't touch their motorcycle, but ask them first if you
can look at their accent lights.
Ask the
owner who
installed the LED Accent Light package on their motorcycle. Then you will know
who to go to or who to stay away from when getting your LED Accent
Lights for your motorcycle.
Why
settle
for
UNPROFESSIONAL
looking work?
Also,
why settle for having to cut wires when you have to do simple
maintenance like changing out your carburetor, or removing your gas tank
for top end repair or other repair maintenance on your motorcycle?
Wouldn't you like to unplug the wiring on the LED Accent Light and remove your
motorcycle's component?
At
some point in time of the ownership of your motorcycle you will have it
in the shop for repairs or service, or yourself doing the repairs as
well. This is only fact.
So as long as you have
accent lights on your bike for the
time you will own it think about what is involved in taking the
component off and who may be doing the wire cutting because the
dealer/installer didn't use connectors or connector blocks on your LED fixtures.
Unplugging
is just too simple and hassle free, just hope that whoever works on your
motorcycle that they don't cut the wrong wires because some
dealer/installer didn't use connectors or connector blocks. This is the reason we use
connector blocks for ALL our LED
wiring. It is simple and
hassle free. See my point?
IT
IS YOUR MONEY!
We
use connector blocks for every LED
or Hyper Flex Strip Accent Light
wiring system that we
sell and install. Most, if not
all of the other dealers/installers
do not.
Again,
IT IS YOUR MONEY SPEND IT WISELY!
People
who want LED Accent Lighting should realize that they should go to a QUALITY
ORIENTED dealer/installer, not one out to make a bunch of money
or one that has been around many years that give poor craftsmanship on the product and installation or is over
priced. We sell our Hyper De-Lux Kit with 42 LED's for about $335.
When
people spend a lot of hard earned money for a product or service they
should get the quality product and craftsmanship that should go with it
and that is what we do.
People,
why pay for something twice? Go to a quality professional
dealer/installer
the first time.
Do your
research before you buy. Don't just ask the owner of a motorcycle with the
LED Accent Lights who did his work.
Look at their bike very closely, looking for
the LED fixtures and wiring and see if there are any connectors or exposed
wires without the insulation on them, then ask what dealer/installer did their accent lights.
Don't
just go up to any dealer/installer and say, "I want to buy some
lights for my bike how much would a kit cost?"
Tell
the dealer that you are interested in getting lights installed on your
bike and you want to see how and what they use to connect the LED
fixtures and
wiring together. Or if the LED fixtures have connectors on them.
If they say yes, then
they can show you the exact LED fixture that is used with connectors
already on them and if the wires on the LED fixtures are completely
covered and insulated along with the positive and ground wires.
If
they don't show you any LED fixtures and wires with connectors or the wires completely
covered and insulated on the LED fixtures and wiring harness then chances are they
don't use connectors and completely cover the wires either.
Most,
if not all dealers/installers use a connectors on the wiring to
the on/off switch to the accent lights and battery only and not on the LED
fixtures themselves.
Ask
the dealer/installer that if you have to do any maintenance on your
motorcycle on any component where the LED fixtures are installed, would any of
the wiring have to be cut to remove any motorcycle component that the LED fixture is
attached to.
Ask
questions. Also, if the dealer gives you a story line of, "Well
you really won't need to cut any wiring in the future."
Get the dealer to show you
while you have your bike there to point out where would be the best
place to install the LED Accent Lighting, and you be the judge that
someday if you had to remove that part, would you have to cut wires to
completely free the motorcycle component for removal. Most
dealers/installers will void their warranty if any wiring is cut, unless
they cut the wires themselves.
Think
about it wisely. You can only cut wire so many times before you have
to add more wiring to replace it or make it longer, then you may have a botched
up mess, making more work for you or someone working on your motorcycle. This is only fact!
Also
if the motorcycle dealer is going to have to cut the wiring, you can bet
you will have to pay them to re-splice it. Especially at what $75 an
hour labor or more at most dealerships? Because they will charge
you for it!
So
the question has to be asked, Would you own an expensive
motorcycle or car, (because they do cost a lot of hard earned money), and put
poorly installed wiring or LED Accent Lighting and have unprofessional
craftsmanship or work done on it? No you wouldn't.
If
you are getting your LED Accent Lights without connectors for each LED Accent Light
or un-insulated wiring from another dealer/installer or getting less
LED's than we offer then you ARE PAYING
TOO MUCH for unprofessional craftsmanship, and products!
I
say again; It
is your money, spend
it wisely!
The
next time you go to a motorcycle rally and you want LED Accent Lighting
for your motorcycle and you want to shop around. Wait until it is dark
so you can see the dealer/installers show bike, or product display and
see the brightness of the LED's when they are on. You can see how bright
the LED's are easier when it is dark rather than during daylight, unless
they have their show bike or LED display board completely blocked out by
the daylight so you can see the LED light effect.
Our
show bike and pictures of motorcycles and cars that we have lit up with
our products that we display during rallies is testimony of our quality
products and service that we have given to our customers. Want lighting
at a rally installed on your motorcycle, check around for quality and
brightness of the LED's before you buy!
All
our LED Accent Lighting and wiring comes with connectors and fully
insulated so installation
is made easier for you, the self installer, or for us installing the LED
Accent Lighting Kit for you!
