LED and Hyper Flex Strip Warranty

 We offer a limited lifetime warranty for ALL our LED lights and fixtures against any manufacturers defects for the original purchaser for as long as you own your motorcycle that the LED's were installed on. 

We put our warranty in writing for our customers!

Warranty MAY NOT be transferred.

Our warranty will cover any LED fixture, or Hyper Flex Strip purchased from us or one of our dealer/installers if you should have one or more LED's not to light.  

Warranty does not cover labor charge ($10) to remove the old LED fixture, re-prep the area for the new LED fixture, warranty covers the LED fixture itself.

The warranty DOES NOT cover misuse or damage to the LED fixture  or Hyper Flex Strip itself, the connectors, or the wiring being cut, etc.

Self installers need to know that the wrong placement of the LED fixture on any engine part that may get exposed to extreme heat and melt the LED fixture will void the warranty if the fixture shows that it has any observations of heat damage.

If you should have a problem with your LED fixture or Hyper Flex Strip and you are unable to get to us locally, at rallies, or finding one of our dealer/installers, contact us and we will instruct you to unplug the fixture and simply take extra care on removing the LED fixture or Hyper Flex Strip and ship it back to us UNDAMAGED. 

Any LED fixture that has been broken while being removed by the purchaser or anyone other than De-Lux Cycle Detail or our authorized dealer/installers will also void the warranty for that LED fixture only.

 Consideration will be taken for postage being paid by De-Lux Cycle Detail for the defective fixture or Hyper Flex Strip once it has been tested and inspected by us.

Replacement will be limited to the LED or the Hyper Flex Strip only and DOES NOT cover theft, or loss of use.

Warranty DOES NOT cover any shipping charges to or from De-Lux Cycle detail, or any authorized dealer/installer.

All De-Lux Cycle Detail customers must call us to inform us of any issues with your lighting before any removal or shipment of any LED fixture or Hyper Flex Strip to us for warranty claims or replacement.
